Finally made some bread recently! It's been a while since I've made some bread. This time, I made bread with taro filling twisted in there. I've always been a taro lover, whether it's in sweet or savory dishes.

See the light lavender-colored taro filling hidden throughout the bread! The subtle milky flavor really comes well with the dough giving some extra surprises in each bite. It's hard to resist a big chunck of it right out of the oven. The only downside is the filling would somehow fall out after cutting into slices; therefore, thick slices are highly recommended!

There's another secret way to eat it is to top some pork floss on the bread and eat it together. Taro and pork floss are the perfect match!馃構
