Jalape帽o Cheddar cheese biscuit 馃尪馃

Remember we introduced the difference between scones and biscuits last time? I finally made biscuits in my life for the first time! And yes, without the ingredient, eggs.

I remembered the first biscuit I tasted was from Red Lobster restaurant in New York in 2014. They were stunning at the moment I bit into them, my first rich flavored, buttery, and hot biscuits in my life.

This time we baked savory cheddar cheese biscuits with a kick of hotness from the jalape帽o. The flavor was just spot on with every flavors combined together, especially if enjoyed them fresh out of the oven.

Although they seemed to be less risen compared to the scones I usually make, the lovely flakiness still existed. In addition, the sharp aroma from cheddar cheese combined with mild hotness, buttery flavor and the warm temperature will never disappoint you.
