Apple pie 🍏🥧

Fruit pies are one of Alex's favorite desserts. Whenever people speak of apple pie, it always reminded the apple pie from McDonald's I had when I was young. I was not a big fan of it because of the gluiness filling inside; however, the sour taste and the crispiness still make them very tasty.

It was a lovely afternoon baking date with my friend. Together, we made a simple version of apple pie using the ready-used puff pastry. There were not many tough techniques during the process, but the apple pies came out perfect. The tanginess from the Granny Smith apples was so delightful with a very little touch of butteriness infused to the filling.

Of course, we enjoyed them with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream on top of the fresh and hot apple pies!
