Fall cakelettes 馃崄

Fall is here! The foliage in New England is always so fascinating, so are the trees in our backyard turning yellow. People in Boston are cherishing the time to be outdoors before winter comes. We've gone apple picking and enjoying the apple season. The cider donuts and the apple cider are the sparks!!!

It is fun and easy to make those cakelettes. The results are as cute and delicious for all ages. There are pumpkins, acorns, and turkey shapes in this batch of cakelettes, which pictures the fall scenes in everyone's mind. I filled them with either chestnut pastes or Nutella in the middle of the cakes to give an extra flavor and moisture beyond the cake.

What comes next will be the pumpkin carving activity we've been having since we moved to the east coast. We would pick a pumpkin from the apple picking farm, and Panko also helps us do the job!

We hope everyone enjoys this lovely season at their most!馃崅馃崕馃崗馃崄
